These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Natural Wild Honey Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201608463D) ("Natural Wild Honey", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at https://naturalwildhoney.com.sg, your purchase of products through our online store, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

We sell food products including raw wild honey and beeswax candles through our online store for delivery within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur between product batches, packaging, or photographic representation.
Nothing on the website constitutes medical advice. Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any health-related information.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute unavailable items with your consent or offer a refund where substitution is not acceptable.
All prices displayed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers, including "Buy 5 Get 1 Free" and similar bundle promotions, are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of promotion. Promotional benefits apply only to qualifying products and quantities and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund of amounts paid.
Applicable delivery fees will be displayed during checkout. Free delivery may be offered for orders meeting the threshold stated on our website from time to time.
Your submission of an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products on these Terms.
A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we issue an order confirmation by email or when we begin processing your order for fulfilment, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions, or failure to obtain payment authorisation.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details, delivery address, and contact information before submitting payment. We are not liable for delivery failure caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless a cash-on-delivery option is expressly offered and selected for your order.
We accept payment methods made available on our checkout page, which may include card payments and digital payment methods processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and HitPay, including PayNow, GrabPay, and major credit or debit cards where supported.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Transaction records are retained for accounting, reconciliation, and dispute resolution purposes.
We deliver to addresses within Singapore specified at checkout. We do not accept responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Orders are typically dispatched on our scheduled shipping day (currently Wednesdays), unless otherwise communicated during checkout or by email. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order or upon your collection where applicable.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage, and we may treat the order as completed at our discretion after reasonable attempts to contact you.
Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or covered by a specific guarantee programme.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at the contact details in Section 1, with supporting photographs and your order number. We will assess the claim and, where validated, offer replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method where practicable, within fourteen (14) business days of approval, subject to processing times of banks and payment providers.
Separate Money Back Guarantee programmes may apply to qualifying health-related consumption schemes as described on our website and About page. Participation in such programmes is subject to the specific eligibility criteria, consumption periods, documentation requirements, and claim procedures stated in those programme terms. Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing to us with supporting evidence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore or other mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Where there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a mandatory statutory right, the statutory right prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
Verified customers may submit product reviews subject to our review policies. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish the review content on our website and marketing materials in connection with our products.
You represent that your review is based on genuine experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, hide, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law, without affecting your statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Wild Honey, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, courier delays, strikes, or failures of third-party service providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, shall survive.
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting existing orders will not apply retroactively without your consent, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings relating to the subject matter, except for any written agreement expressly executed between the parties.
